The structure is prepared in advance, but it is not treated like a tourist program. Weather, season, the oven, the garden and the guests' rhythm all matter.

A slow entry into the place, the garden and the first work of the hands: dough, filling, ravioli and the table that follows.
Day 2
Community oven, shared fire, ancient flatbreads.
The second day gathers around Oscata's straw-fired oven, once used by local families for a week's bread from a single firing.
Day 3
Walk, memory, farewell, visual record.
A walk through places and memories, a gentle farewell and a discreet visual record, when wanted, without making the experience public or performative.

Food is prepared around real rural gestures: dough, garden produce, old family methods, the straw-fired oven and the pace needed to do things properly. The point is not performance, but presence.

Sergio Lapenna is the guest's personal point of contact for the experience. He coordinates the rhythm of the days, the local people, the food work, the practical details and the private nature of the visit.
The role is to protect the tone: enough comfort, clarity and safety for private clients, without polishing away the rural truth that makes Oscata worth entering.

The experience can be offered at a high level only when expectations are explicit before anyone arrives. A request can be declined when the fit is wrong.
