Privacy, not performance.
The days are arranged for a small private group, away from public group tourism and from the feeling of being watched, moved or displayed.

A private rural experience in Irpinia for guests who already know conventional luxury and are looking for something rarer: time, discretion, access, handmade food and rural memory still alive.
Every request is read personally. The experience is selective by nature: discretion, timing and the right fit come before confirmation.
This is not a resort experience. It is an encounter with a small rural place in Irpinia, prepared with the care expected by private guests and protected from anything that would turn it into a show. The overnight stay is handled separately according to the guest's expectations.
The days are arranged for a small private group, away from public group tourism and from the feeling of being watched, moved or displayed.
The oven, the straw, the garden, the food work and the family memory are not staged attractions. They are real elements of a place that can only receive a few people in the right way.
The experience remains rural and direct, but it is not improvised. Timing, safety, food, people and discretion are coordinated before guests arrive.
Guests may use their own accommodation, request support scouting a comfort option nearby, or knowingly ask about a raw family-house option in Oscata.

This is not another polished version of Italy. It is a private way into a place that is still alive, with the discretion and preparation that discerning guests expect.
A small group, private rhythm and no public spectacle around the guests.
Presence without ostentation, attentive coordination without theatrical display.
Days held slowly enough for bread, fire, conversation and memory to matter.
Access to places, gestures and local people that are not offered as a public product.
Rural knowledge that still has a voice, a method and a reason to exist.
Practical care around timing, safety, food, accommodation choices and guest wellbeing.
The structure is prepared in advance, but it is not treated like a tourist program. Weather, season, the oven, the garden and the guests' rhythm all matter.

A slow entry into the place, the garden and the first work of the hands: dough, filling, ravioli and the table that follows.

The second day gathers around Oscata's straw-fired oven, once used by local families for a week's bread from a single firing.

A walk through places and memories, a gentle farewell and a discreet visual record, when wanted, without making the experience public or performative.
Food is prepared around real rural gestures: dough, garden produce, old family methods, the straw-fired oven and the pace needed to do things properly. The point is not performance, but presence.
Oscata is a living ecomuseum and the experience is designed to respect that context, not consume it.
* Each confirmed experience includes a 5% contribution to Associazione Oscata inVita, supporting the Ecomuseum of Rural Kitchens of Alta Irpinia and the local work that keeps Oscata's memory active.

Sergio Lapenna is the guest's personal point of contact for the experience. He coordinates the rhythm of the days, the local people, the food work, the practical details and the private nature of the visit.
The role is to protect the tone: enough comfort, clarity and safety for private clients, without polishing away the rural truth that makes Oscata worth entering.
The experience can be offered at a high level only when expectations are explicit before anyone arrives. A request can be declined when the fit is wrong.
Care means preparation, suitable paths and spaces, safety and honest guidance before guests arrive.
The group, timing, attitude and privacy needs should respect Oscata, its residents and the people involved, with guests ready to take part attentively in the activities.
The overnight stay remains separate and is described honestly. Each request is checked against the real group, timing, access and comfort needs before confirmation.
Children and teenagers under 18 stay under their responsible adult, and activities happen only when conditions are suitable.
